GENERAL RULES

  • Students must be present on the re-opening day of the college in case he/she is to return late, prior information is essential to the school authorities.
  • Students mus attend the school regularly and punctually. At the final bell all the students with their respective teachers will assemble for prayer.
  • Students after the prayer will go to their respective classes along with the teachers.
  • Irregular attendance, constant negligence of work in subordination to teachers, Habitual inattention in class, obscenity in word or action, wilful and repeated breaches of the college regulations, individually or collectively, will lead the student to serious punishment or expulsion.
  • Student will not be exempted from physical training in door and out door games without doctor's certificate which must be counter signed by the Principal.
  • Buying of sweets, chat, ice-cream etc. From hawkers on the street out side the college premises is strictly forbidden students are permitted to buy eatables from the school cafetaria.
  • Students are not allowed to bring comics, periodicals, newspapers and story books, Mobile's, l- Pot without the sanction of the Principal/Manager.
  • No student should leave the school premises during college hours without the permission of the Principal.
  • Scribbling on the walls, desks and the boards as well as tearing of the pages from copies is strictly forbidden.
  • Students when called upon must take part in all the extra curricular activities and annual school functions.
  • Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases shall not be permitted to attend the school so long they are fully recovered.
  • Gift from students parents to teachers will not be allowed.
  • Students will have to make good any damages done to the school or college building.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO PARENTS / GUARDIANS

  • Parents/Guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline. They must see and arrange personally that their wards attend the school regularly punctually and the home work assigned to them is done regularly.
  • Parents/Guardians shall help their wards to converse in English only while at home
  • Parents/Guardians while communicating with the principal are requested to mention the name and standard of their wards. A separate leave application must be sent for the student in advance.
  • Parents/Guardians or private tutors are requested not to contact teachers directly in the school or out side but only through the Principal/Manager.
  • Private tuition are not permitted. However it is necessary under certain circumstances the Principal/Manager should be consulted.
  • Occasional reports and recommendations from the teachers and the Principal are made in the Red Book. Parents are requested to sign. them, failure or refusal to do so will fall adversely upon the progress of the students.
  • Parents are requested not to send for or call away their children during class hours. Incase of emergency permission must be brought in writing.
  • Parents/Guardians and the students should fully abide by the rules and regulations of the school.

RULES OF EXAMINATIONS AND PROMOTION

  • Any Student whose attendance falls short by 25% or who is lacking in regularity and completions of daily work will not be allowed to sit in the Annual Examination.
  • There will be two periodical assessments on the basis of daily class work, home tests, response in class and oral work, Annual Examination covering whole years work will he held in the forth week of April.
  • 50 Marks are allotted for each subject per Periodical assessment and 10 marks for the Annual Examination. The promotion will be considered on the average of the marks obtained in periodicals and annual examination.
  • For compulsory subject the passing marks are 40% and for the rest 35%
  • Those failing in any compulsory subject or in two general subjects will not be promoted.
  • The final assessment of the student made by the teachers and checked by the Principal will be fair and final.
  • The leave application during the examination should be followed by the medical certificate.
  • Any student who has lost his/her progress report of calender will be fined Rs. 20/- respectively.

SCHOOL UNIFORMS

  • Students must wear School Uniform, Tie, Badge, Belt, Black Shoes and White Socks.
  • In Summer White Shirt with Short Sleeves White Shirt for Boys and Navy Blue Shirt with Short Sleeves Blouse for Girl.
  • In winter Navy Blue full Pant with Long Sleeved White Shirt / Blouse and Navy Blue Pullover/Blazer without Design.
  • Neck Ties should be Blue Colour with the school monogram along with school Badge which can be had form the school.
  • Woolen cardigans, Pullovers, Tiffin Boxes, Pencil Boxes and Badge must Bear the name of the respective Students.
  • "Conveyance charges for college Rickshaw "O" school bus will be as per distance.
  • Admission and annual dues will be charged at the time of admission only.
  • All the dues of the school should be cleared before the annual Examination.
